Some tips for healthy mind and body included meditating for 5-10 minutes as one of your first daily tasks. I typically like to YouTube a 5-minute guided meditation, and this helps set the tone for my day. I also recommend drinking a gallon of water a day and reading 10 pages of a non-fictional book a day. Another great tip that sounds repetitive, but I highly recommend a morning walk or run and an evening 45-minute evening gym session. Finally, the best way to end your day is make your favorite tea, put your phone away and allow yourself to decompress in bed while you think of all your daily accomplishments.
